Answer:

Weather is not favourable for touring this region due to onset of monsoon. Heavy rains and landslides will jeopardise your touring. The best season is Sept end or Oct. or you should have gone earlier in May. It is not advisable to tour in present weather conditions.

Best time to go is Sept and Oct.

The weathe will be just fine as i have gone through various sites on weather and as simla lies on the 83 degrees N, 56 degree longitude and the weather forcast is very calm right now and will be the same for about 2 weeks, before any hard storms and blizzards. Wonderful Climate.Even im in Shimla and the weather is quite cool and i think its a good time to visit here.But yes make sure you make your booking well in advance.I made my booking through himachalhotels.in and they cater my needs well.You can also go for the same...if you like..
